PSO Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear All,

It is time to get ready for the PSO AGM.

Save the date:

• Date: Wednesday, 29 May 2024
• Time: 08:45 -10.45 am (Coffee and mingle at 8:45; aim to start meeting at around 9 am)
• Location: iLC (basement of MS / HS building)

2. Report from Treasurer

4. Vote for 2024/25 PSO Board Members   

• You can vote in person at the AGM, or               
  • You can submit a proxy vote via the PSO Website / Spaces App

Voting takes place for PSO Board Roles at the AGM. 

Proxy voting will be facilitated via the PSO website / app between Monday, 20th and Friday, 24th May 2024. To vote by proxy, please look out for the post on the Whole School Forum on Monday 20th May 2024 which will contain anonymous polls.

HOW DOES ONE VOLUNTEER TO BE PART OF THE PSO BOARD?

You can consider a role on the PSO Board (where we ask for a commitment of 2 years) or choose one of the fun social roles without the ask to sit on board meetings (eg Grade Rep, Country Rep, event committees). Roles range from very small to very large, some are a commitment for a short period of time, others for the entire academic year. 

Available positions will be advertised after the Easter break and we encourage you to consider volunteering if you have the time. 

This is a great way to make friends, connect with many stakeholders in school, and make a tangible contribution to your child's school community!

The PSO and ACS are hugely grateful for all the time and effort parents put into volunteering through the PSO. We couldn’t do it without you!
